The installers, Sean, Ryan and Chris were very helpful and knowledeable during the entire process. They arrived at the appointed time and started to work immediately.They were also very friendly and affable. This is the second time we have used Window Depot to install our windows and we have not been disappointed. Great job gentlemen! Way to go! I will not hesitate to recommemd them to friends and family. Great company.

Great experience with Window Depot! 22 windows installed with expertise, and the ProVia windows are top quality. AC and heat runs maybe less than half compared to the failed windows that were 26 year old builder grade. Customer service was very professional, including one broken glass on delivery which they ordered immediately and replaced the sash in 2 weeks.

I had a great experience with window depot stl from start to finish. Joey initially came out and took the time to go over all the details with me.He was knowledgeable thorough and fantastic to work with. When it came time for installation Ryan and his crew did an amazing job. They were professional, efficient, and the quality of their work really shows. The entire process has been smooth and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Windows depot to anyone looking for quality windows and excellent service. Thanks again

The attention to detail, the care and respect for your home is second to none. When they came today to install windows in my home they laid down floor covers to protect our hardwood floors....how thoughtful! Extremely respectful of our home. Amazing job! Window Depot replaced most of our windows recently, and we are extremely happy with the windows and the amazing customer service we received. The project was completed as expected, in the estimated timeframe, and we found the employees to be very friendly and helpful; they seem to truly care about doing good work and keeping us happy as customers. Chris was great with some minor follow-up work, and I also wanted to mention that their sales rep (Brent) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to any questions we had throughout the process of ordering. Highly recommend Window Depot!

We ordered our replacement windows and sliding patio door from Window Depot and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our Product Consultant, Dominic, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all of our window and door options. He provided a detailed breakdown, and helped us choose the best fit for our home. On installation day, the install team - Sean, Brooks, Ryan, and Noah arrived early and immediately explained the installation process before getting to work. They were professional, clean, and efficient, and the quality of their work was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

We had a great experience with Window Depot from start to finish. Steve gave us a very informative and personalized presentation, walking us through the different window options and helping us choose the ones that would look best for our specific area. Throughout the project, our project manager Brian kept us well informed at every step and helped us quickly and efficiently resolve a small issue that came up, which we really appreciated. They did a great job. My installers were Shawn Chris and Brock. They cleaned up after the job. Took their time and made sure that everything was right. Took me around afterwards and showed me everything and showed me how to used the windows and made sure I was happy with everything! And I am!

Easy group to work with from presentation to installation. Quick to come to make a needed adjustment. Team of Ryan, Chris, Sean, Brooks and Rick are all knowledgeable and represent the company very well. Highly recommend.

Windows installed yesterday, stormed last night. Inside house dry, windows still in place. Kids impressed with how quiet new windows are. WD patiently answered all my questions. Highly recommend. 2005-Another set of windows replaced. Installers professional, polite, cleaned up well. They provided service above and beyond expectations. Would recommend.

True professional service! Jay, Brent, Rick and the entire team did a great job on our project. We had 41 windows replaced. Every step in the process was well communicated and completed on time.

Jason and Lisa provided extraordinary customer service. No detail was too small and they communicated all aspects of the work to be accomplished in easy to understand terms. Their team of tradesmen were efficient, professional and respectful of our home. Thus the five start rating.

The windows are good quality and the installers were great- install in a timely manner and cleaned up everything with the old windows.

Everyone was professional from start to finish. I asked a lot of questions and each one was respectful answered. They showed up at the time and date contracted for and finished my roof before I expected. Great attention to detail and the clean up left my property in perfect condition. I have recommended them to several of my friends. To top it off, their price was less than other quotes I received.

Thomas, Alex, and Jeff were wonderful to work with. I had storm damage on all of my screened-in porch windows and my big picture window and they did a great job! In and out in one day, picked up after themselves, very professional, and windows look marvelous!
