I got my start in the home improvement industry knocking on doors for a large home-improvement company shortly after I turned 16. I didn’t originally intend to forge a career in home improvement. In college, I got a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management and Marketing. This might seem like a far cry from home improvement, but it’s an education that has helped me build one of the most trusted window and door replacement companies in the St. Louis metro area. I thrive at working through tough situations and finding resolutions—I am passionate about figuring out solutions to problems that my competitors can’t recognize. Also, I just plain love helping people not only achieve their remodeling goals but doing so beyond their expectations.

Reading personal development books and listening to informational podcasts that pertain to business and mindset.
Motorcycle racing. I road raced motorcycles at a professional level, which helped instill a great work ethic and ‘never give up’ attitude that I apply to our business every day.
Golf. I enjoy it because it’s a sport that is very difficult and can never be conquered. There is always room for improvement, which makes it an activity that’s right up my alley.

My path to the window and door industry wasn’t a straight line—and I think that’s exactly what makes me effective at what I do. I earned my undergraduate degree in Marketing and Business Management from Maryville University, then went on to complete my MBA at Lindenwood University. Armed with that foundation, I spent the majority of my career in healthcare and revenue cycle management, where I developed a deep understanding of operational efficiency, customer experience, and the importance of building systems that actually work for the people they serve.

After years in that fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, I made a pivotal decision: to join my brother in building something from the ground up. Together, we’ve created a family-owned replacement window and door business that reflects who we are and what we believe in. This isn’t just a company to us—it’s an extension of our values. We’ve built our foundation on being service-oriented, trustworthy, likeable, willing, and dependable. Those aren’t just words on a wall; they guide every interaction we have with our customers and each other.

What I learned in healthcare translates directly to how I approach this business. Revenue cycle management taught me that every touchpoint matters, that clear communication builds trust, and that following through on your commitments is non-negotiable. When a homeowner invites us into their space, they’re trusting us with one of their most significant investments. I don’t take that lightly.

Outside of work, service remains central to my life. I sit on the executive council of Epsilon Sigma Alpha, a service organization where I get to collaborate with like-minded people dedicated to making a tangible difference in our communities. Giving back isn’t something I do when it’s convenient—it’s woven into how I live.

When I need to recharge, you’ll find me immersed in the world of motorsports. I’m passionate about motorcycle racing and Formula 1—there’s something about the precision, strategy, and sheer determination in those sports that resonates with me. Most importantly, though, I treasure time with my family. They’re my anchor and my motivation.

I first joined Window Depot in 2016 after working as a carpenter in both the new construction and the remodeling side for more than 15 years. I’ve found that my previous work on the labor side of the field gives me a better understanding of the installation and technical aspects of what we do here at Window Depot, which allows me to be a true consultant to homeowners instead of just another salesman.
When I’m not helping homeowners with their window needs, I’m either spending time with my growing family or running the trails and roads throughout the area.

"I grew up in Northeast Ohio and graduated from THE Ohio State University in 2015. After college, my career in sales and marketing brought me to St. Louis in the spring of 2019 with MillerCoors—and I couldn't have picked a better time to arrive, just as the Blues were making their unforgettable Stanley Cup run.

St. Louis quickly became home in more ways than one. While hosting a Blue Moon marketing event during Kentucky Derby weekend that year, I met my now-wife, and we've been together ever since. What started as a career move turned into finding a place to build a life, and we don't plan on leaving St. Louis anytime soon.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries and roles. Some experiences were incredibly rewarding, while others taught me valuable lessons about the kind of company and culture I wanted to be part of. Above all else, I was searching for a place where people genuinely cared about one another—and I found that at Window Depot USA of St. Louis.

From my very first day, it was clear that Window Depot is different. Employees, customers, vendor partners, and the community are all treated like family. That culture of integrity, respect, and putting people first is what makes this company so special, and it's something I'm proud to be a part of every day.

As Marketing Director, I'm excited to help share our message and vision throughout the greater St. Louis community. Whether it's connecting with homeowners, supporting local organizations, or giving back through community initiatives, my goal is to help build lasting relationships and make a positive impact. I'm grateful to be part of the Window Depot family and look forward to helping even more families create homes they'll love for years to come.

  When I'm not working, you'll usually find me enjoying everything St. Louis has to offer. I love attending concerts, cheering on our local sports teams, and checking out car shows and card shows whenever I can. Some of my favorite evenings, though, are the simple ones—relaxing on our back patio with my wife and our three dogs, enjoying a good cigar, sipping on a nice tequila or glass of wine, listening to music, or watching the game on our outdoor TV. Those moments remind me why we're so proud to call St. Louis home."
